In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, I hold an Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV). The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) established this accreditation for CPAs who specialize in business valuation. The ABV accreditation is granted exclusively to CPAs with considerable experience in business valuation who wish to demonstrate their knowledge, skill and experience by earning the credential. I am additionally Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA.

My experience includes the preparation of business valuations and forensic investigations of hundreds of entities including professional practices, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, real estate holding companies, and service oriented businesses. Although there may be similarities among industries, no two businesses are ever the same - each one has its own nuances and management style - and I take the time to understand what those differences are and how they relate to the task at hand, ultimately putting the pieces of the financial puzzle together and presenting my findings in a clear, concise manner that is appropriate for the particular engagement.
